Compliance & Regulation
Compliant by design.
Aligned with India's data protection & animal welfare statutes
Digital Personal Data Protection Act
Consent-first data handling, aligned with the DPDPA 2023 framework.
- Consent
Versioned, purpose-specific consent is taken before processing a pet owner's personal data, with the exact notice shown stored for the record.
- Data principal rights
Pet owners can access, correct, erase (via anonymisation), or raise grievances.
- Security & breach
JWT access controls, rate-limiting, and audit logs protect data; breaches are logged and reported to the Data Protection Board.
Animal Birth Control Rules
Built to the operational standards set by the ABC Rules 2023.
- CNVR cycle
Every stray is captured, sterilised, and anti-rabies vaccinated, then returned to its community, fully logged.
- Controlled release
The system blocks drop-off beyond the capture location and until the mandated post-sterilisation recovery period elapses.
- Identification
Microchips give every animal a traceable identity, with sterilisation, vaccination, and death certificates.
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act
Grounded in the statutory protections of the PCA Act 1960.
- Humane handling
Every capture and release is GPS, photo, and handler-logged; same-location release prevents the cruelty of displacement or abandonment.
- Qualified care only
Sterilisation and vaccination are performed by registered ABC centres, licensed vets, and trained workers, never unqualified handlers.
- Owner accountability
Microchip and ownership records trace any abandoned pet back to its registered owner, deterring street dumping and enabling enforcement.
Mobile App
One app for microchipping, vaccination, and field operations, built for vets and ABC teams on the ground.
